The Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA), University of Colombo, successfully conducted a Two-Day Workshop on “Team Building Through Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills” at Hotel Dolphin, Negombo.
The workshop provided participants with an enriching learning experience focused on enhancing teamwork, effective communication, and interpersonal skills through interactive sessions and practical activities. The programme aimed to strengthen participants’ abilities to collaborate effectively and develop essential skills for personal and professional growth.
