The Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA) conducted a training workshop titled “Enhancing Digital Skills for Workplace Efficiency” on 31st March 2026 at the IHRA Computer Lab.
The session focused on building staff capacity in Canva and Google Drive, covering professional design techniques and effective file management and collaboration practices.
The workshop was facilitated by Mrs. Gayani Perera, Senior Assistant Librarian of the Main Library & IHRA Library (Acting), and Mr. Madhushan Lankathilake, Senior Assistant Librarian of the Library, Faculty of Science. Their expertise and interactive approach enabled participants to gain valuable insights and practical skills applicable to their daily work.
The program recorded active staff participation, reflecting IHRA’s continued commitment to strengthening digital competencies and promoting a more efficient workplace.
