The Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA), University of Colombo, successfully conducted the Research Proposal Presentation and Academic Writing Workshop for the students of Bachelor of Labour Management (Honours) Degree – Year IV (2022/2023) on 17th February 2026 at Club Bentota, Paradise Island, Aluthgama, Sri Lanka.
The workshop was organized with the objective of strengthening students’ research capabilities and enhancing their academic writing competencies in preparation for their final-year research projects. The programme provided comprehensive guidance on research proposal development, academic structuring, scholarly writing standards, research ethics and effective presentation techniques.
