The Master of Service Management (MSM) program at IHRA, UOC, is a specialized postgraduate degree aimed at recent graduates, working professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking expertise in service management. Covering essential areas like service marketing, customer relations, and strategic management, the program prepares students for leadership roles in the service industry. Entry Qualifications

Possesses any one of the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s (Honors) Degree in any field of study with one (01) year of work experience in a managerial or similar capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with two (02) years of work experience in a managerial or similar capacity.

OR Postgraduate Diploma with three (03) years of working experience in a managerial or similar capacity.

OR One of the following professional qualifications with two (02) years of work experience in a managerial or similar capacity.

  1. Attorney at Laws
  2. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA)
  3. Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA)
  4. Member of Associate Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)
  5. Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK)
  6. Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing
  7. Member of Certified Management Accountants (CMA)
  8. Associate Member of the Institute of Personal Management Sri Lanka (AMIPMSL)

OR Two (02) years of working experience in a managerial or similar capacity with one of the following Qualifications.

  1. Advanced National Diploma in Technology
  2. Diploma in Accounting at Technical Colleges
  3. Diploma in Commerce at Technical Colleges
  4. National Diploma in Technology (NDT)
  5. Higher National Diplomas at SLIATE
  6. National Diploma in Engineering Science (NDES)

AND has demonstrated competence in the field relevant to the program and potential for future career development;

AND A good knowledge English language.
