The Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA) has officially commenced the development of its Strategic Plan: 2027–2031. To map out an achievement-oriented future, the institute is conducting a comprehensive, institutional Analysis with the active participation of all staff members.
The initial planning and alignment meeting was held on June 16, 2026, at the IHRA premises. To ensure a robust process, Dr. GRP Silva, Senior Lecturer from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, joined the session to provide strategic guidance and technical support to the Analysis Conducting Team.
This collaborative milestone underscores IHRA’s ongoing commitment to institutional excellence and participatory governance.
