The Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA), University of Colombo, is pleased to announce its Annual Research Conference 2026 under the theme “Building Tomorrow’s Workforce: Technology, Inclusivity, and Sustainability.” The conference will be held on 16 December 2026, bringing together researchers, academics, professionals, and other stakeholders to share knowledge, exchange innovative ideas, and explore emerging challenges and opportunities in building a future-ready workforce.
