Conducting an International Research Conference provides a forum for scholars and researchers to disseminate their knowledge and findings to a wider population. In order to inculcate and broaden the research activities on human resource development and management, the IHRA, UoC is proud to take the initiative in conducting its 3rd International Research Conference. The broader theme of the conference focuses on the “Digital Transformation of Employee Education under COVID-19 Pandemic. This theme allows researchers to go beyond the traditional notion of academic research which is stagnated to a particular discipline. This International Research Conference marks a new chapter in the prestigious history of the IHRA.
